ABOUT
Lucide Post is led by colourist Sarina McCavana, specialising in docuseries, feature documentaries, branded and social content, short films, and music videos.
With experience working across production and post-production, Sarina’s work focuses on delivering consistent, controlled grades across broadcast and streaming documentaries, branded and social content. Her approach is grounded in hands-on experience across the full production pipeline, from capture through to final delivery.
She has worked across evolving tools and workflows throughout her career, with an emphasis on collaboration and real-world production environments. Projects include work for Sony, Discovery+, BBC Four, Channel 5, Vice, Bloomberg, MTV / Paramount+, Tubi, MUBI, FIFA+, and Red Bull TV.
Before becoming a colourist, Sarina worked in production and post-production roles across independent features, television, and branded content.
She directed and self-shot environmental films for BBC World across Africa and Central America, often managing complete production-to-post workflows across multiple locations.
Her experience also includes media wrangling, complex workflows, and building post-production setups, informing a clear understanding of how each stage of the colour pipeline shapes the final image, maintaining image fidelity and delivering high-end results for clients including Ford, Mustang, Nissan, Nike, Adidas, Starbucks, Microsoft, M&S, and many more.
Lucide Post was founded in 2018 in response to client and agency demand, delivering professional, high-quality colour grading services.
Sarina is a certified Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve Colourist.
